PDF Page Organizer

Load a PDF to see every page as a thumbnail. Drag pages into a new order or use the arrow buttons, remove pages you don't need, duplicate the ones you want twice and turn sideways pages upright, then download the result as a new PDF. All of it happens on your device.

On-device — downloads its library once PDF Free · no signup
Network notice: Your PDF never leaves your device. The open-source libraries that build the file and draw the previews (pdf-lib, MIT license, and Mozilla's pdf.js, Apache 2.0) are fetched from the cdnjs CDN the first time you use the tool.

How to use

  1. Drop a PDF onto the drop zone or click to browse — each page appears as a numbered card with a preview.
  2. Reorder pages by dragging a card by its numbered top bar (works with a mouse or a finger), or with the ← and → buttons.
  3. Use ↻ to turn a page 90° clockwise, Copy to duplicate it right after itself, and Delete to leave it out.
  4. Check the summary line: it shows how many pages the new PDF will have and what changed. Reset puts everything back.
  5. Click “Download organized PDF” to save the new file as <name>-organized.pdf.

Examples

Move an appendix to the front
Original pages 1–6 → drag p. 5 and p. 6 to the start → new order 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 4
Drop blank pages and repeat a cover
Delete p. 3 and p. 7, press Copy on p. 1 → the cover appears twice and the blank pages are gone
Fix one sideways scan
Press ↻ on p. 4 once → that page is turned 90° clockwise in the saved file; the others are untouched

Supported formats

  • Input: standard (unencrypted) PDF files, up to 200 MB.
  • Output: a new PDF containing the pages you kept, in your order, with your rotations added to each page's existing rotation.

Privacy

Your input is processed in your browser and is never uploaded. The first time you use the tool, your browser downloads its open-source processing library from cdnjs.cloudflare.com — the library is downloaded, your data is not sent. Privacy policy.

Limitations

  • Password-protected (encrypted) PDFs can't be opened — remove the password first.
  • Pages are copied into a fresh document, so document-level features are not carried over: bookmarks (the outline), fillable form behaviour (fields still look the same but can no longer be filled in) and accessibility tags. Links that jump to another page in the same PDF stop working; links to websites keep working.
  • The title, author and subject are copied to the new file; other document properties are not.
  • Previews are drawn for the first 200 pages. In longer files the remaining pages show their page number instead, and can still be moved, rotated, duplicated and deleted.

FAQ

Does reordering or deleting pages lower the quality?

No. Each page's text, images and drawings are copied as they are, without re-rendering or recompressing anything. The previews you see are only small images for the screen; the downloaded PDF uses the original page content.

How do I remove pages from a PDF?

Click Delete on each page you don't want, then download. Deleted pages are simply left out of the new file, and your original PDF is not changed. If you delete too much, Reset brings every page back.

Can I reorder pages on a phone or with only a keyboard?

Yes. On a touch screen, press and drag a page by its numbered top bar. With a keyboard, Tab to a page's ← or → button and press Enter to move it one place; focus stays on the button so you can keep pressing.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The file is read and rebuilt in your browser using pdf-lib, and the previews are drawn locally with pdf.js. Only those two libraries are downloaded from the cdnjs CDN; your document is never sent anywhere.
